Our Genotyping kit contains two reagents:
- A fast, simple, single tube lysis buffer. Our lysis buffer will provide large amounts of quality DNA in 15 minutes. Post the incubation, you can take supernatent and add directly to you PCR mastermix tube
- A powerful PCR mastermix with a inert blue loading dye. Our PCR mastermix will provide rapid reliable amplification. Post PCR the blue loading dye will make it easy to load the sample directly on to a gel for electrophoresis.
With two decades of developing both lysis buffers and PCR mastermixes Microzone’s genotyping kit is a perfect tool for anyone looking to rapidly geneotype samples.
Our Fast Extract uses amongst other things a thermostable protease and our own buffer that stabilises and enhances PCR. DNA Release Direct to PCR, uses Microzone’s 2x Endpoint PCR Mastermix that includes an enhanced PCR reaction buffer, dNTPs and an inert blue loading dye to enable direct gel loading post PCR.
- Suitable for all templates including GC rich.
