microGREEN Dye 10x – ideal for High Resolution Melting
microGREEN 10x HRM Dye,
A third-generation fluorescent dye, binds to double-stranded DNA, without PCR inhibition. This makes the dye excellent for High Resolution Melting (HRM) techniques. microGREEN is good for discerning between Class I - IV SNPs.
With a spectrum similar to SYBR Green I, microGREEN HRM dye is suitable for most qPCR instruments. microGREEN HRM works with all PCR mastermixes we've tested and is also offered pre-mixed as MegaMix HRM PCR Mastermix.
