MAGneat DTR Beads offer a reliable and efficient system for removing dye terminators from Sanger sequencing reactions. These paramagnetic beads bind selectively to amplicons, enabling the effective removal of contaminants such as unincorporated dye terminators, dNTPs, primers, and enzymes, resulting in cleaner, higher-quality sequencing data. Compatible with manual and automated systems, including the HeiDi-NA extraction system, MAGneat DTR Beads streamline workflows, supporting fast and high-throughput sequencing with enhanced signal clarity and reduced background noise.
